Size of compiled menus, Small dot and filesizes Options

I had an old DMB menu created with DMB 3.2, that I wanted to update. I wasn't able to open the old projectfile in the latest DMB 4.5 build 8, so I created a new project from scratch.

Everything is fine, the menu is working, but 2 small things:

1: There is a small dot at the top of the page that I can not get rid off.

2: The size of the compiled files. For IE and others the compiled file is around 32kb and for NS4 around 34 kb. That is quite a lot more than an other DMB menu I'm using on an other site. (24 kb for IE, 25 kb for NS4). The amount og groups and commands are almost the same, but the size of the compiled menus are not. Is there anything to do about that ?

Removing the default toolbar fixed the problems.
