Menu disappears with addition of javascript scroll

Hey Everyone!

I'm new to this software and have received some great support from the company, but was hoping I could get an answer here before going through support again.

I have created this page http://www.mcphs.edu/cofenintramurals and the menu works fine. As soon as I add the scrolling script the menu disappears http://www.mcphs.edu/cofenintramurals/index2.html. Any ideas?
