Need support about an upgrade, Purchased a version awhile ago. Buy new version at upgrade price?

Hello,

I purchased a version of this product a few years ago under the email, tatton777@msn.com (I think). I would like to purchase the new version at an upgrade price. Who do I contact in order to work out the details?

At this moment upgrades are completely free so to upgrade simply go ahead and download the latest version from the web site, install it and then re-register it using your order number.

Answering to your item cool.gif, the following happens:
1.
It is not possible to enter the character "@" into the field for the email-address.
So, I had to copy my email-address into this field.

2.
When I enter here now my email-address by copying it into the field, which is also on my receipt from 01/08/10,
I get the following error message:
"Our database does not contain any records with the email address 'e.preiss@go4more.de'
Please contact support if you need further assistance."

So, you must have here a problem in your database that you lost several users, which purchased the program!!

3.
BTW, as already posted:
There is NO support-form for email support on your page at:
http://software.xfx.net/support.php

There is also NO phone-number on your website, where to contact your support,
only a fax-number.
I do not have a fax.
