Java Error, Slow page load, and Mozilla viewing problem, Description: 'tbO[...].t' is null or an object Options

I apologize for being a novice, but you always have to start at that point before moving on. I have three problems. (Really more than that but I am dealing with these three.)

Problem 1
I receive a Java Script Error sometimes when I load it up

Not sure what is causing it. I publish this site from our internal website to this url. Do I have to connect to menu at 02e80d3 and compile menus in DHTML Menu Builder?

Problem 2
The homepage and other pages load very slowly

Problem 3
When I view the page in Mozilla, the left menu shrinks
