On the recording side of my mixer I have CD, Mic, Line, Stereo volume sliders all disabled but mute is enabled (usually select on the recording side, not mute). I would like to mute the recording input, but don't know how to do that. I was using the simplemixer example to check various devices and lines and am not sure what to look for. Any direction would be appreciated.

Hello Steve,
Recording sources do not usually have a Mute control, as the playback lines do. The only way to mute a recording source would be to set its volume control to "0". -------------------- Xavier Flix
