Images -> Highlight Display Sample in a separate window

In this sample we used an animated GIF image that makes a transition from one color to another and its used as the over state background of all the commands so when the commands are selected the GIF image is loaded and the animation is played creating this nice effect.

Note that this effect will not work with Navigator 4 because of a bug in this browser which affects the use of GIF images as the background image of tables, cells and layers.
